Iqbal Bootwala, COO of AAG, is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in reservoir, drilling and production engineering, with an emphasis on reservoir engineering in onshore US Basins and offshore Gulf of Mexico. He has an excellent track record of integrating technical, analytical, business and interpersonal skills for maximizing value. He also has vast industry experience and held management and professional engineering positions at Tema, King Ranch, Amerada Hess, Tenneco and Halliburton. He is an expert chief engineer who can perform the most complete set of economic and risk analysis, as a full service to clients in evaluation and valuation of oil and gas properties. The accurate and truthful technical report can direct the best capital placement. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas. He is a registered Professional Engineer in State of Texas, # 62435, a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers and Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers.
William D. Hopson
William D. Hopson, Senior Production Adviser, is a production manager and a Licensed Professional Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in operations in onshore US Basins. Recently at Penn Virginia, he was responsible for the daily production of 250 horizontal Eagleford wells and 325 other wells. He managed many field offices and personnel, developed procedures for new completions and initiated AFEs. He supervised the constructions of all production facilities, including gathering system and pipelines. Some other companies that he worked for are Tema, Swift and Marathon. He holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from University of Texas at Austin, and he is a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers.
